Call for Abstracts is closed

The Centre for Online Health and the Australasian Telehealth Society invites participants from the online health industry and research community to join us for Successes and Failures in Telehealth, 2nd Annual Meeting of the Australasian Telehealth Society 2011.

Contributions have been sought addressing current research and practice in telehealth, including:

• Clinical applications of telemedicine
• Teleconsultation and telecollaboration
• Telecare and remote patient monitoring
• Tele-education and training
• Evaluation and benefits of telehealth
• Web services for telehealth Mobile telehealth applications
• Telehealth software and systems
• Telehealth for remote areas
• Telehealth in low resource settings
• Telehealth policy and governance
• International trends and perspectives in telehealth.

Original unpublished contributions in all fields of telemedicine, telehealth and related areas of eHealth are invited. All abstracts were peer-reviewed by the scientific committee.

Conference Proceedings

All accepted abstracts and short papers will be available at the conference in a special delegates' edition of the conference proceedings.  In addition, a selection of papers will also be published in a special edition of the Journal of Telemedicine and Telehealth (JTT) early in 2012.  Terms and conditions will apply for papers chosen for publication in the JTT.
