Full Conference Registration

Earlybird Registration (until 9 October): $700
Full Registration (after 9 October): $800

Special Rate for Members of Australasian TeleHealth Society (ATHS)

ATHS Member - Earlybird Registration (until 9 October): $650
ATHS Member - Full Registration (after 9 October): $750

Full Conference Registration includes conference sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday, catering (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea), conference dinner on Tuesday night, delegate satchel and conference proceedings).  The event organisers have a list of ATHS Members to cross-check.  To become a member of the ATHS, click here

Day Only Registrations

Day Only Registration (Tuesday or Wednesday): $450

Day Only Registration includes conference sessions and catering (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea) on your day of attendance, delegate satchel and conference proceedings).  Please note it does not include a ticket to the conference dinner. Tickets can be purchased separately.

Additional Tickets for Conference Dinner (Tuesday night - Kookaburra River Queen): $110

Additional tickets to the conference dinner on Tuesday night on Kookaburra River Queen can be purchased for Accompanying Persons or Day Only Registrations.

Terms and Conditions

The Centre for Online Health reserve the right to change the topics and presenters if necessary.  Any substitutions or alterations will be updated at www.sftconference.com ASAP.

Cancellations and refunds:  All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events.  A refund of conference registration fees will be made on all cancellations received before 16 October 2009, less $55 administration fee. There will be no refunds from 16 October 2009 although substitute delegates are welcome.  Accommodation cancellations may or may not incur fees, it is dependent on the hotel’s policies.

Privacy Policy: For networking purposes the Centre for Online Health may make the name, position and company name of each attendee available to the delegates in the form of a delegate list given to each attendee.  In addition your contact information may be given to the sponsors/supporters of the conference.  You have the right to make a request that no marketing from third parties to be sent to you, please contact the event organisers.
