Conference Registration includes attendance to all sessions and daytime catering, a conference satchel and program. It also includes attendance at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 2nd November and the Conference Dinner on Thursday 3rd November 2011.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. A refund on conference registration fees will be made on all cancellations received before 31 August 2011, less $55 administration fee. There will be no refunds from 31 August 2011 although substitute delegates are welcome.
Privacy Policy: For networking purposes AIPN may make the name, position and company name of each attendee available to the delegates in the form of a delegate list given to each attendee. In addition your contact information may be given to the sponsors/supporters of the conference. Please indicate on your registration form if you do not wish for your information to be shared
Student Registration: To register as a student you must be enrolled as a full time student at a recognised educational institution. You may be required to provide a copy of your student card to Iceberg Events before your registration is confirmed.

Day Only Registration on Wednesday 2nd November includes access to all conference sessions and the trade display on Wednesday 2nd November, afternoon tea and handout material.

Day Only Registration on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th November includes access to all conference sessions and the trade display on the selected day, morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch on the selected day and handout materials.

Day Only Registration does not included attendance to the Welcome Reception or Conference Dinner.

Workshop Registration Terms and Conditions

All workshops on Wednesday 2nd November are run simultaneously and as such you can only attend one of the Wednesday workshops.
Workshops will only be run if minimum numbers are achieved. You will be notified via email if your workshop has been cancelled by 31 August 2011 and a full refund will be given.

Accommodation has been secured at the Mantra South Bank. Room Rates listed below are per room per night. One night's accommodation is required to secure your booking. Injury Prevention is an international peer review journal, offers the best in science, policy, and public health practice to reduce the burden of injury in all age groups around the world. The journal publishes original research, opinion, debate and special features on the prevention of unintentional, occupational and intentional (violence-related) injuries.
