All prices and costs quoted in $AUD.

Full Conference Registration - IHEA, AIRAH and IHEA Retired Members (Prices include GST)

IHEA or AIRAH Member - Full Rate (after 31 July): $700
IHEA Retired Member: $345

Full Conference Registration - Non Members (Prices include GST)

Non Member - Full Rate (after 31 July): $850

Full Registration includes access to all conference sessions and trade displays for the duration of the event, as well as daytime catering, and handout materials. Registration also includes attendance at the Welcome Reception Wednesday night, the Trade Evening Thursday night, and the Conference Dinner on Friday Night. All other (optional) events must be registered for seperately below.

Day Only Registrations (Prices include GST)

Day Registration - Wednesday: $345
Day Registration - Thursday: $345
Day Registration - Friday: $345

Day registration includes access to sessions and trade displays on the day of registration only. Daytime catering and handout materials are also included. Day registration does not include attendance at the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner - tickets for these events must be purchased seperately below if required.

Optional events are listed below, and include the Partners Program. The Partners Program on Thursday includes the Trade Drinks in the evening.

Terms and Conditions

The Institute of Hospital Engineers Australia reserve the right to change the topics and presenters if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated at www.icebergevents.com/ihea2009 ASAP.

Cancellations and refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. A refund of conference registration fees will be made on all cancellations received before 31 July 2009, less $55 administration fee. There will be no refunds from 31 July 2009 although substitute delegates are welcome. Accommodation cancellations may or may not incur fees, it is dependent on the hotel’s policies.

Privacy policy: For networking purposes the Institute of Hospital Engineers Australia may make the name, position and company name of each attendee available to the delegates in the form of a delegate list given to each attendee. In addition your contact information may be given to the sponsors/supporters of the conference. You have the right to make a request that no marketing from third parties to be sent to you, please contact the event organisers.

Notice of intention to photograph: Delegates and other attendees are advised that photographs may be taken during the conference and reproduced for promotional purposes.
