Green Roofs Membership

Green Roofs Australia is a membership run not for profit association. To become a member please visit the GRA website.

Conference Registration

Conference Registration includes access to all conference sessions and the trade display on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 October, the welcome reception on Wednesday 20 October and the Adelaide Zoo (including the panda enclosure) on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 October. It also includes daytime catering on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 October and handout materials.

Conference Registration does not include a ticket to the conference dinner, the Green Roofs and Wall Tour on Saturday 23 October or any of the workshops held on Wednesday 20 October. Entry to all of the above events must be registered for separately.

Day Only Conference Registration includes access to all conference sessions and the trade display on the selected day, the Adelaide Zoo (including the panda enclosure) on the selected day, daytime catering on the selected day and handout materials.

½ Day Specifying Australian Green Roofs Workshop (Prices include GST)

Full Time Student Workshop Rate - $200

Registration for the ½ Day Specifying Australian Green Roofs Workshop includes access to the Specifying Australian Green Roofs Workshop and Trade Show, half day catering and all handout materials. Places are limited; first in, first served.

½ Day Policy Workshop - Ground Up Planning: Transforming urban brownfields in green roof infrastructure (Prices include GST)
Workshop Rate - $250
Full Time Student Workshop Rate - $200

Registration for the ½ Day Policy Workshop includes access to the Policy Workshop and Trade Show, half day catering and all handout materials. Places are limited; first in, first served.

Please note that while it is possible to attend both the Substrate and Plant Workshop and the Policy Workshop, those registering for the GRA101 Workshop can not register for either of the other workshops.

Green Roof and Walls Tour - Saturday 23 October

Green Roof and Walls Tour - $88 (Price include GST)

Tour capacity: 30 people maximum. First in, first served.
The Green Roof and Walls Tour runs from 8.30am - 3.00pm on Saturday 23 October and includes lunch.
Tour Locations: Adelaide Zoo, Grange Jetty, Christie Walk and Hockings Place.

Welcome Reception Tickets are included in the cost of full conference registration.

Conference Dinner - Botanic Gardens Restaurant - Thursday 21 October
Cost: $95 per person
Please note the Conference Dinner is not included in your Conference or Workshop registrations so you must purchase a ticket should you wish to attend.

Accommodation

Accommodation has been secured at the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel. One night’s accommodation is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel, and the remainder owing for your stay will be payable by you to the hotel on checkout. Prices quoted are exclusive of GST.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. A refund of conference registration fees will be made on all cancellations received before 24 September 2010, less $55 administration fee. There will be no refunds from 24 September 2010 although substitute delegates are welcome. Accommodation cancellations may or may not incur fees, it is dependent on the hotel’s policies.

Student Registration: To register as a student you must be enrolled as a full time student at a recognised educational institution. You may be required to provide a copy of your student card to Iceberg Events before your registration is confirmed.

Privacy Policy: For networking purposes GRA may make the name and contact details of each attendee available to the delegates in the form of a delegate list. In addition your contact information may be given to the sponsors/supporters of the conference. Please advise on the registration form if you do not wish for your details to be shared.
