Green Roofs Australia Conference - Thursday 24th September 09

Conference Registration - Green Roofs Australia Members (Prices include GST)

Conference Registration includes access to all conference sessions, the gala opening evening and the trade displays for the duration of the event, as well as daytime catering, and handout materials.

Conference Registration does not include a ticket to the conference dinner, the Green Roofs Tour or any of the workshops held on Friday 25th September 2009. Entry to all of the above events must be registered for separately below.

Registration for the ½ Day Substrate and Plant Workshop includes access to the Soil Workshop and Trade Show, half day catering and all handout materials.

½ Day Policy Workshop - Ground Up Planning: Transforming urban brownfields in green roof infrastructure’ (Prices include GST)
Workshop Rate - $150
Student Workshop Rate - $100

Registration for the ½ Day Policy Workshop includes access to the Policy Workshop and Trade Show, half day catering and all handout materials.

Please note that while it is possible to attend both the Substrate and Plant Workshop and the Policy Workshop, those registering for the GRA101 Workshop can not register for either of the other workshops.

Cost: $85 per peron

Please note the Conference Dinner registration is not included in your Conference or Workshop registrations so you must purchase a ticket below should you wish to attend

Cost: $44 Per person

Accommodation

Accommodation - Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne (Prices exclude GST)
Accommodation has been secured at Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne. Room Rates listed below are per room per night. One night's accommodation is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel, and the remainder owing for your stay will be payable by you to the hotel on checkout.  Prices quoted are exclusive of GST.

Deluxe Room: $189

Please note that the above rate is for the nights of 23rd and 24th September 2009 only. Should you wish to stay at the hotel outside of these nights the room rate will increase. Please call Iceberg Events on 07 3876 4988 for more information.

Cancellations & Refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. A refund of conference registration fees will be made on all cancellations received before 14 August 2009, less $55 administration fee. There will be no refunds from 14 August 2009 although substitute delegates are welcome. Accommodation cancellations may or may not incur fees, it is dependent on the hotel’s policies.

The Green Roofs Australia 2009 gathering was a great success, with excellent displays produced by commercial sponsors, informative presentations on local and international green infrastructure projects, design, growing media and policy workshops and more than 150 delegates attending the various conference events over three days. Many thanks to all who participated and contributed to this very successful annual event.
