Sponsorship Conditions
Acceptance of Sponsorship Requirement by completion of Sponsor Agreement Form.
Payment of Sponsorship Monies required by 15 April 2008 (special arrangements can be made).
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing prior to 31 May 2008.
50% cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations received after 31 May will not be refunded.

The Silver Partner is a key sponsor of the Conference, and will have the opportunity to work closely with the Conference Committee, and Event Manager in the planning of their participation throughout the Conference Program.
