Information for Delegates
Thank you for registering for the ANPSG 14th Annual Australian National Parking Workshop 2010.
This email is to provide you with important information about the Workshop to be held at the Wrest Pont, Hobart over the dates 29 September - 1 October 2010.

Welcome Reception
Date: Wednesday 29 September, 6.00pm-8.00pm
Location: Mawson’s Pavilion, Hobart Waterfront, Argyle Street Hobart Tasmania 7000
Dress: Smart Casual
Cost: Included in cost of Full Registration.

The ANPSG 14th Annual Australian National Parking Workshop 2010 Welcome Reception will be held at the magnificent 'Mawson’s Pavilion' situated on Hobart’s picturesque waterfront.

 
Thursday 27th November - Registration Information and Starting Times
The registration desk will be open from 8am on Thursday 30th September. Delegates are required to visit the registration desk on arrival to collect their name badges and conference satchel.

For those who are attending the Welcome Reception, your name badge can be collected from the registration desk at Mawson's Pavillion from 6.00pm - 8.00pm on Wednesday 29th September.

The first session on Thursday will begin at 9.00am. Throughout the day delegates will be provided with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea in the trade area.

Workshop Dinner
Date: Thursday 30 September, 6.00pm - 11.00pmHobart City Council
Delegates to meet at  Wrest Point or the Grand Chancellor Hobart reception area at 5.30pm for 5.45pm departure.

Location: Cascade Brewery, 140 Cascade Road, South Hobart, Tasmania 7004
Dress: Smart Casual
Cost: Included in cost of Full Registration.

Transfers: A bus will pick attendees up from both Wrest Point and Grand Chancellor Hobart at 5.30pm. There will be a bus available after the workshop dinner to return attendees to Wrest Point and the Grand Chancellor Hobart. The bus will depart Cascade Brewery at approximately 11.00pm.
 
Workshop Dinner tickets can be purchased for $77 for those who have chosen 'Conference Only' registration.


If you have registered to attend the workshop dinner and can no longer attend please email admin@icebergevents.com.au as soon as possible.

Friday 1st October - Registration Information and Starting Times
The registration desk will be open from 8am on Friday 1st October for those who have not yet collected their name badge and conference satchel. Delegates who have previously visited the registration desk are not required to re-register.

The first session will begin at 9.00am on Friday and the Conference will conclude at 4.15pm.

Transfers for Grand Chancellor Hobart
A transfer for delegates staying at the Grand Chancellor Hobart will be arranged each morning and afternoon.

Useful Information
REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk will be located at Wrest Point, Hobart, on Thursday 30th September and Friday 1st October. It will be manned by the conference organisers, Iceberg Events.


Registration Desk Operating Hours
Thursday 30 September : 8.00am-4.30pm
Friday 1 October: 8.00am-4.00pm

Upon arriving at Wrest Point please report to the registration desk to receive your namebadge and workshop satchel. Should you need to contact the conference organisers outside of these hours, please call Emma Tooth on 0409 270 350.

ACCOMMODATION
All delegates who have accommodation included in their registration will be staying at Wrest Point or the Grand Chancellor Hobart. Please check your confirmation letter for details.

PARKING AT WREST POINT

Free parking is available at Wrest Point for all guests and workshop attendees.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
All dietary requirements of which we have been notified have been catered for.  If you have notified dietary requirements, at the Workshop Dinner please identify yourself to the wait staff.

About the National Parking Workshop

Each year the ANPSG conducts the National Parking Workshop. The National Parking Workshop incorporates presentations from people within the industry, industry service providers, sponsors and guest presenters from Australia and Internationally. The workshops are designed to be interactive, with a high degree of emphasis placed on presentations and information being provided for all levels of parking enforcement, from the Officer to the Manager.
