Conference Registration Costs (inc GST)

Conference Registration IHEA Member - $800 Non-Member - $900 Retired IHEA Member - $345
Registration includes attendance to all conference sessions and daytime catering on Thursday 20th October and Friday 21st October, a conference satchel and program. It also includes attendance at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 19th October, the Trade Night on Thursday 20th October and the Conference Dinner on Friday 21st October 2011.

Day Only Registration Costs (Inc GST)
Day Only Conference Registration Thursday 20th October - $440 Friday 21st October - $440 Day Only Registration includes access to all conference sessions and the trade display on the selected day, morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch on the selected day and handout materials. Day Only Registration does not include attendance to the Welcome Reception or the Conference Dinner.

Afternoon Master Class How Evidence Based Design can Improve Healthcare Facilities Management - $275 The morning Master Class registration includes access to the morning Master Class, morning tea and lunch. The afternoon Master Class registration includes access to the afternoon Master Class, afternoon tea and lunch.

Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner tickets are included in all full conference registrations. Additional tickets for partners or those registered as Day Only Delegates can be purchased here.
Partners Program Partners Day - $25 Complete Partners Package - $200
The complete Partners Package includes access to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 19th October, the Partners Day on Thursday 20th October and the Conference Dinner on Friday 21st October 2011.
Social Day Social Day Ticket - $120 per person
The Social Day will include a day trip to the Barossa Wine Region, wine tasting and lunch.

Hilton Adelaide Accommodation has been secured at Hilton Adelaide. Room Rates listed below are per room per night. One night's accommodation is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel, and the remainder owing for your stay will be payable by you to the hotel on checkout. Prices quoted are exclusive of GST.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. A refund on conference registration fees will be made on all cancellations received before 29 July 2011, less $55 administration fee. There will be no refunds from 29 July 2011 although substitute delegates are welcome.
Privacy Policy: For networking purposes IHEA may make the name, position and company name of each attendee available to the delegates in the form of a delegate list given to each attendee. In addition your contact information may be given to the sponsors/supporters of the conference. Please indicate below if you do not wish for your contact details to be shared.
