Important Information for Registered Delegates
Below is information for registered delegates attending the CoreNet Global Sydney Chapter Symposium to be held at CBA Sydney Olympic Park on Friday 30th October 2009. | Registration Information and Starting Times |
The registration desk will be open from 12.00pm on Friday 30th October 2009 and is located on the ground floor of the CBA Building (4 Dawn Fraser Ave, Sydney Olympic Park). Delegates are required to visit the registration desk on arrival to collect their name badge before being taken up to the symposium area on level 5. A light lunch will be served from 12.00pm – 12.25pm and delegates will receive afternoon tea at 3.20pm. The first session will begin at 12.25pm and the symposium will conclude at approximately 6.00pm. At the conclusion of the symposium all attendees are invited to stay on for post-symposium networking, drinks and canapés. For session times and break times please see the online program. |

Commonwealth Bank Australia 4 Dawn Fraser Ave Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127 Sydney Olympic Park is in a pivotal location between Sydney’s Central Business District and Parramatta – the junction of Sydney’s major arterial roads and motorways. With its own railway station, the Park is outstandingly accessible via rail, car, bus and water.

Parking Public parking is available in P8 car park, under 2 & 4 Dawn Fraser Avenue (entry from Herb Elliot Avenue). P8 is under the building where the function is taking place. The public parking is also available on the road side in the front and back side of the building at the same charge. The third option is P6 which is on the Australia Avenue right hand side of to Brick pit (not marked as it is just built).
The rates for all the parking options are $4 per hour, up to a maximum of $20 per day.

Getting to the Symposium - Public Transport By Train CityRail operates a number train services to and from Olympic Park Station, Sydney Olympic Park including:
- Olympic Park Sprint operates between Lidcombe and Olympic Park Station at 20 minute intervals.
- Direct services between Central Station and Olympic Park Station, weekdays only.

By Bus Getting to Sydney Olympic Park by bus is easy, with two daily full-time services, new services from Chatswood and Hurstville and increased services from Strathfield and Lidcombe.
Services include:
- Parramatta – Sydney Olympic Park – Burwood (Route 525)
- Route 525 - Parramatta Station to Burwood Station via Olympic Park Railway Station, Rydalmere, UWS Nepean Campus and Newington. Daily full-time service.
- Lidcombe - Sydney Olympic Park (Route 401)
- Lidcombe Station to Olympic Park Railway Station via Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf and Newington. Daily full-time service.
- Chatswood – North Ryde - Sydney Olympic Park (Route 533)
- Sydney Olympic Park and Chatswood via Rhodes and North Ryde. Morning and evening peak periods (Monday to Friday).
- Hurstville – Strathfield - Sydney Olympic Park (Route 450)
Punchbowl Bus Company has extended its existing 450 Service between Hurstville and Strathfield to include Sydney Olympic Park. The service will run via Strathfield Railway Station and Beverly Hills Railway Station.

Sydney Ferries operates a daily service between Circular Quay and Parramatta stopping at Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf. The Parramatta River route departs Circular Quay, No. 5 Wharf and stops at the following locations:

- Darling Harbour, King St Ferry Wharf No.3
- Mcmahons Point Ferry Wharf
- Drummoyne Ferry Wharf, Wolseley St
- Huntleys Point Ferry Wharf (Gladesville)
