Queensland CRE Executive & Service Partner of the Year - 2010/11

CRE Executive of the Year l Service Partner of the Year l How to Nominate

In order to recognise the achievements of our industry, the Brisbane Chapter Executive Committee is initiating two awards for 2010/11. These are:

Queensland Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Executive of the Year

This is an award to Property or Real Estate Managers responsible for the strategic and/or operational management of an organisations property assets or leasehold portfolio. The award seeks to recognise the achievements over the past year or so and has as recognition a suitable award/trophy and AUD$1,000 cash prize.

This is the first year that the Brisbane Chapter of CoreNet Global has introduced State Awards as a pre-curser to its Queensland Nomination for the Regional (Australasia) Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Executive of the Year Award.

Nominations for the Queensland CRE Executive of the year close at 5.00pm on Friday, 30 April 2010 with the winner announced at the Brisbane Symposium Luncheon on Wednesday, 5 May 2010.

The 2010/11 Queensland CRE Executive of the Year will be the Queensland Nomination for the Regional Award to be announced at the Region Summit in Sydney in early August 2010.

Nominees do not necessarily need to be CoreNet Global Members to be eligible for the award. In order to be considered for the Queensland CRE Manager of the Year Award the Nominator must provide details on the achievements of the Nominee over the past year or so.

Queensland Service Partner of the Year

This award is aimed at recognising the achievements of the Service Provider Industry, particularly a Service Partner who has achieved exceptional levels of service support and collaboration with the property industry over the past year. This award also carries with it suitable recognition of a certificate or trophy and a AUD$1,000 cash prize.

This is the first year that the Brisbane Chapter of CoreNet Global has introduced State Awards for both CRE Manager of the Year and Service partner of the year for 2010/11. Although the Service Partner of the Year is not yet a Regional Award, the Brisbane Chapter of CoreNet Global has introduced it as an award category in order to recognise the achievements of its Service Provider members – a vital membership group of CoreNet Global, both here and elsewhere.

To nominate yourself or someone you know for the Queensland CRE Executive or Service Partner of the Year please fill in a nomination form and return it to Frank Riley.

Nominations close at 5.00pm (sharp) on Friday, 30 April 2010 and must be received in PDF Format by Email ONLY to Frank Riley, Brisbane Chair of CoreNet Global.

Nominations MUST be no grater than three (3) pages long and submitted in the form attached.
